Job Title: Warehouse Lead (Part-Time)

Location: Hawthorne, CA (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Part-Time)

Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour, based on experience

Hypland is a globally recognized streetwear brand inspired by anime, gaming, and global youth culture. As we continue to scale our e-commerce and retail operations, we are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee and support day-to-day fulfillment functions at our Hawthorne, CA warehouse.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Lead will play a key role in managing e-commerce order fulfillment and operational flow. This person must be experienced with Shopify and ShipStation, highly organized, and confident in leading a small warehouse team. The role includes hands-on fulfillment responsibilities alongside leadership and backend operations work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in daily picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and quality across all outgoing shipments
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Utilize Shopify, ShipStation, and WMS tools to manage workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve systems or processes and support implementation
• Train and guide warehouse associates on best practices and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with the broader team on product launches, shipping timelines, and customer service issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or fulfillment role
• Proficiency in Shopify (required) and ShipStation
• Experience working with or implementing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to lift boxes and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Tech-savvy and proactive in identifying and implementing operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in apparel, streetwear, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Familiarity with system integration and tech optimization in a warehouse setting

Compensation:

• $25–$30/hour depending on experience
• Part-time role, Monday through Friday
