Position Overview:

De Silva Brothers & Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our logistics team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse transactions into the system.
• Update and maintain inventory logs, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate and review reports on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to verify and cross-check physical inventory with digital records.
• Ensure compliance with company data management standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, flagging issues as necessary.
• Support warehouse operations by providing administrative assistance as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Bilingual: Spanish a must.
• Experience: 1+ years of data entry experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Skills:
• Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
