Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Receiving Product
    • Check for damage
    • Compare shipment with given material lists
    • Communicating with specific markets on orders ready
    • Alert Shipper, Project Coordinator, and Office Manager on damaged & missing product
  • Job Pack
    • Prepare product to be ready for pick up – Fully labeled for Installer
    • Draw up installer paperwork
    • Communicate with the Office Manager when the product is ready for distribution
  • Warehouse Upkeep
    • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep a record of all products, including cancels & returns
    • Update Google Docs daily with current inventory
    • Organize all notes in I360 and change status accordingly
    • Order training material through Project Coordinator with Supervisor's approval
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills: obtain the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Capacity to stand and move up to 8 hours daily
