We are seeking a Warehouse Associate III to join our team in Garner, NC. The Warehouse Associate III leads key operational tasks within shipping and receiving. This role is responsible for verifying shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve inventory or delivery discrepancies. The Associate III is often a go-to resource for troubleshooting warehouse operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations, including verifying contents of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Accurately update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or order adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments such as customer service, procurement, and transportation to resolve order or inventory issues.
  • Ensure that materials are labeled, stored, and shipped according to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance or informal training to junior associates as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
  • Experience in the printing or packaging industry strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory tracking tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, ruler measurements, and scales.
  • Proficiency in basic math (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand; frequently required to walk.
  • Frequently required to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
