Join our team in East Moline, where we offer a variety of roles across departments. **What You'll Do** Depending on your skills and interests, you could: + Assemble parts using hand tools + Install motors or wire electronics + Operate forklifts to move materials + Wrap, pack, and ship finished products + Perform general plant tasks like cleaning and organizing + Work with copper tubing (soldering, brazing, or pre-soldering) + Handle refrigeration tasks + Support fabrication or welding **What We're Looking For** + Assembly or warehouse experience + Comfortable using hand tools and power tools + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods + Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player + Bonus: EPA certification or SAP/warehouse system experience **Perks & Benefits** + First shift hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (overtime possible) + Pay raises after permanent hire + Performance reviews every 6 months + Fun culture: No micromanaging, plus employee events and celebrations + Free gear: Vouchers for work clothing and safety equipment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
