Summary

Responsibilities

  • Administration and record keeping related to all packing house activities including
  • Recording vendor arrival time
  • Recording vendor fulfillment
  • Recording wastage and shrinkage incurred during the our packing process
  • The creation of daily / weekly / monthly reports as required and requested by management
  • Capturing and recording stock transfer activities and data to ensure synchronization between physical counts and system recorded stock

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Able to use advanced spreadsheet formulas
  • Adept and comfortable working with raw data, and able to analyse / summarize data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Experience using accounting or manufacturing ERP systems such as Accurate, ODOO, SAP is preferred

Working Location and Conditions:

  • Location - CBN Warehouse, On-site.
