Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Vulnerability & Endpoint Security

Location: Seattle or Remote

Nice to Have: Experience with Tanium

We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a role focused on strengthening vulnerability management, endpoint security, and data-driven remediation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation who can create scalable, repeatable frameworks and drive meaningful improvements across operationally complex environments.

You’ll be embedded within a client’s IT Device Management team — a group responsible for device management, endpoint security, and QA. This is a hands-on role centered around analyzing endpoint data, recognizing patterns, and enhancing remediation strategies to improve response time and reduce organizational risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable, repeatable model for vulnerability detection and remediation across endpoint devices
  • Analyze endpoint and Jira ticket data to identify threat patterns, remediation gaps, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Drive weekly remediation and monthly patching efforts by aligning technical findings with development and support teams
  • Provide strategic, data-backed insights to help evolve the organization's vulnerability management framework
  • Manage operational complexity through thoughtful system design and scalable workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and IT operations to ensure successful adoption of recommendations
  • Translate technical findings into actionable steps for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and outcomes to enable long-term scalability and team enablement

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in a business systems analysis, security operations, or related technical role
  • Proven experience in vulnerability management, remediation planning, and endpoint data analysis
  • Ability to develop repeatable processes and frameworks within complex technical environments
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating findings into strategic actions
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across technical and business functions
  • Detail-oriented, with a natural inclination toward documentation, governance, and process clarity

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint security/management platforms
  • Background in IT operations, cybersecurity, or endpoint device lifecycle management
  • Project or program management exposure (formal PM experience not required but helpful)

Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000-$140,000

Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision offered
  • Company paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan offered
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Sick Leave
  • 9 Paid U.S. holidays
  • Referral program
