We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused VRF expert to join our Cooper&Hunter URBAN VRF division as a VRF Sales Engineer. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL—ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a hunter mindset and strong industry relationships.

• 3+ years of experience in VRF sales with a solid track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems and solutions.
• A powerful network in the U.S. HVAC or VRF market—contractors, engineers, reps.
• You thrive on developing new business, closing deals, and delivering value to clients.
• You communicate confidently, negotiate like a pro, and solve problems fast.

• Drive VRF product sales and grow market share across assigned accounts and territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and developers.
• Provide hands-on technical support and system recommendations.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and top-tier customer support.
