Role Summary/Purpose:

We’re seeking a highly strategic and visionary VP Strategic Technology Partnerships to help lead our integrated software strategy within our dental market, with a focus on driving commercialization, incremental provider growth, and cardholder acquisition. This role will be responsible for building a high-impact ecosystem of independent software vendors (ISVs) that expand access to our financial solutions and embed us deeply into the dental practice workflow.

You’ll develop and scale partnerships with dental practice management software, analytics tools, and digital engagement platforms to help providers grow their businesses and make care more accessible for patients through affordable payment options.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable partner program with clear value props, incentives, and co-marketing to create durable and differentiated relationships.
  • Lead ISV partner strategy to increase provider access points and cardholder engagement through embedded finance solutions.
  • Design and execute joint GTM programs with ISVs to increase provider adoption of our financing solutions and drive cardholder applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to bring partner integrations and initiatives to life.
  • Set KPIs for provider acquisition, application volume, and cardholder conversion influenced by ISV partnerships. Continuously optimize for results.
  • Stay ahead of trends in dental tech, patient experience, and fintech to ensure our offering remains relevant and competitive.
  • Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the client’s organization; anticipate partner needs and correspond proactively.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management) OR in lieu of completed degree, must have at least 10 years’ relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership in SaaS, healthcare tech, or fintech
  • Proven success in business-to-business sales experience at C-level
  • Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Ability to navigate complex partner structures (tech + commercial) and align diverse stakeholders internally and externally
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
  • Travel required, up to 30%

Desired Characteristics

  • Masters Business Administration and or equivalent
  • Proven success building and scaling ISV ecosystems that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of the dental practice software market and patient financing landscape
  • Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to creatively develop solutions that address partner and provider needs
  • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations and drive deep relationships with all stakeholders to deliver results.

Grade/Level: 13

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
