Job Description
The Vice President, Total Rewards is a key member of the executive HR leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy. This role ensures compensation and benefits are aligned with business goals to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, while optimizing operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The role also plays a critical leadership role in HR due diligence, integration planning, and execution during mergers and acquisitions.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, and governance of global compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.
- Provide executive oversight for executive compensation, equity plans, incentive structures, and board-level reporting.
- Partner with the CEO, CHRO, and executive leadership to align total rewards and HR tech strategy with business objectives.
- Lead Total Rewards integration efforts during M&A transactions, including due diligence, risk assessments, harmonization of compensation/benefits plans, systems integration, and employee communications.
- Monitor market trends and ensure competitive and compliant reward programs across global jurisdictions.
- Build data-driven processes and analytics to deliver strategic workforce insights and enable better decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology platforms across the HR portfolio.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing global teams in compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with global, federal, and state employment regulations and data privacy standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought leader across the enterprise during organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills And Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in HR or related field) strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 8+ years at the executive or VP level.
- Proven track record leading Total Rewards in complex, global organizations.
- Strong experience leading or supporting HR M&A activities, including due diligence, post-deal integration, and organizational harmonization.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, executive pay, equity programs, and global benefits administration.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills; able to influence at all levels, including with boards of directors.
- Demonstrated success leading change, scaling HR operations, and driving enterprise-wide transformation.

Physical Demands
- Ability to travel both domestic and international up to 25% of the time

The Salary Range For This Role Is
$220,000 - $288,750

ITAR Requirement
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
