  • Maintain relationships with institutional investors, lenders, and strategic financial partners.
  • Accounting, Controls & Compliance
  • Establish and oversee all accounting, reporting, and audit functions.
  • Build a scalable, GAAP-compliant accounting infrastructure, including monthly/quarterly close.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Project Finance & Capital Deployment
  • Lead analysis for project-level financing across manufacturing and system deployments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to structure innovative capital solutions and support large-scale infrastructure investments.
  • Assess capital expenditures, financing options, and risk-return profiles for strategic projects.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team as the company scales.
  • Develop internal capacity around financial operations, investor readiness, and performance management.
  • Risk, Insurance & Governance
  • Oversee financial risk management, including insurance, legal entity structure, and internal controls.
  • Establish internal policies and frameworks to support sustainable, compliant growth.
  • Stay current on financial regulations and evolving reporting standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, accounting standards, project finance, and fundraising.
