Our client a national financial leader in the financial services space is seeking licensed VP Branch Leader in Santa Clara, CA The Branch Manager role is centered around supporting the Branch Manager in building and leading a high-performing sales team while developing associates who drive revenue and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

ALL candidates MUST live within a commutable distance to Santa Clara County, CA to be considered.

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute national initiatives to grow the business through customer engagement, local marketing, educational events, and client appreciation activities
• Oversee operational personnel and functions
• Adress local risk and compliance issues and manage customer concerns.
• Develop branch associates through training, mentoring, counseling, and motivation

Branch Manager Required Skills:

• Demonstrated success managing others in a sales capacity
• Experience in relationship management combined with a strong expertise in financial services
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Branch Manager Required Licensing and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in a financial sales role
• 3+ years in a management position within financial services
• Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63)
• Series 9 and 10
