We are looking for a passionate and motivated Volleyball Program Coordinator to help grow and develop our volleyball program at Achieve Sports! If you have a love for the game and experience in coaching and program development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow a structured volleyball program, including team development and coaches’ trainings
2. Create and implement organized lesson plans focused on skill development and progressions for all levels of play
3. Help structure a clear pathway for players from beginner/recreational levels to more competitive play. We play in the RMR USAV Volleyball League.
4. Build a positive and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels

Qualifications:

1. Volleyball coaching and/or program development experience preferred
2. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
3. Ability to create and execute structured lesson plans
4. Passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated to take our volleyball program to the next level

Position Details:

Pay: $20–$25/hr to start

Hours: Part-time (approx. 25-30 hrs/week) with growth opportunities 

Additional Information:

During our main seasons (RMR Season), typically Dec-May, hours may be closer to full-time. There is potential to grow into a higher pay as the program expands.
