Summary

Job Purpose (both Onsite / Offshore)

We're looking for a passionate Visual Designer to join our internal communications team. You will

contribute to visual storytelling and communication through engaging design across digital, print, and

motion. This is an opportunity to bring brand stories to life through creativity, craft, and collaboration.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

Visual Design Expertise: Create stunning, cohesive visual designs for campaigns, presentations,

products, and marketing materials that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.

Corporate Communication Design: Design executive-level presentations, annual reports, internal

communication materials, and other content that demands clarity, professionalism, and brand

alignment.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Conceptualize and produce engaging animations, explainer videos,

and motion graphics. Edit video content for various platforms while ensuring storytelling and brand

voice are consistent.

Print Collateral Design: Develop brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and other physical assets

with deep knowledge of print processes and finishes, ensuring production-ready files.

Digital Design: Create visually consistent and user-friendly digital assets such as banners, newsletters,

website components, and UI elements, optimized for various platforms.

Social Media Design & Optimization: Design platform-specific creatives, keeping up to date with sizing,

aspect ratios, and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their

growth within the team and the design community.

Design Principles & Color Theory: Apply a deep understanding of typography, composition, grid

systems, color psychology, and visual hierarchy to every piece of work.

Creative Thinking: Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table—whether it’s for a campaign, visual

concept, or branding—while balancing creativity with brand strategy and audience relevance Page 1 of

2 Attention to Detail: Exhibit a meticulous eye for layout, alignment, kerning, pixel-perfection, and

content accuracy to ensure the highest design standards.

Branding Experience: Develop and maintain visual identities, ensuring consistency across all

touchpoints—from logo usage to design systems and tone.

Brand Guidelines: Create and enforce detailed brand guidelines to help internal teams and partners

maintain brand integrity in all communication.

Vendor Management: Liaise with printers, production vendors, and freelancers to ensure quality

output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials.

Print & Digital Specifications: Prepare and manage technical specifications such as bleed, DPI, file

formats, resolution, and color modes for both print and digital media.

Event Design & Collateral: Design event backdrops, signage, invites, merchandise, booth designs, and

other experiential branding elements with an understanding of spatial and experiential design.

Material & Manufacturing Awareness: Choose appropriate materials and finishes for print and

physical production, understanding textures, weights, coatings, and feasibility.

AI & Emerging Tools Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest design technologies and AI tools (like

Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, etc.), integrating them into workflows to boost efficiency and

creativity.

Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related

field. - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and

Figma. - Experience with motion and editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro
