Quantum ePay is a fast-growing fintech company that helps business owners optimize their payment processing, reduce costs, and scale with confidence. We're expanding and looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our in-house marketing team. In this role, you'll bring our brand to life across digital, print, and product by creating bold, modern, and compelling visuals that drive engagement and support growth.

As part of a collaborative, high-output team, you'll design everything from social media graphics and email campaigns to event materials and polished UI mockups. Core Responsibilities

• Design scroll-stopping content for social media, web, and email using modern aesthetics and visual trends
• Create high-impact print materials for events, marketing and sales enablement that balance creativity with clarity
• Support our Lead UX/UI Designer in bringing our proprietary web app UI designs to life, replicating and refining visuals using existing design systems
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives across various formats
• Own projects from concept to execution while balancing brand consistency and experimentation
• Bonus: Create short-form animations or motion graphics
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on design experience in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Pristine portfolio that demonstrates modern design trends, attention to detail, and practicality across various mediums
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong grasp of social-first design principles, responsive design practices, and digital storytelling
• Ability to quickly shift between styles and tones based on brand or campaign needs
• Strong layout and typography skills, with an eye for pushing boundaries while maintaining practical marketing needs
• Proactive communicator who thrives in collaborative, iterative environments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech or SaaS
• Proficiency with motion tools like After Effects & Lottie
• Familiarity with Typescales, Design Grids
• Actively stays informed on design trends via platforms like Dribbble, Behance, or awards sites like Awwwards
• Able to interpret feedback and pivot design direction with professionalism and ease
  
  

Salary

• This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.
• Base salary range: $65,000 - $78,000
• Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $85,125 - $97,125
