Visual Design Specialist (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Visual Design Specialist in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
* Lead the implementation of B2B and B2C design systems for large corporations, especially those with significant acquisitions to accommodate diverse brand requirements within the enterprise.
* Design, communicate, and sustain design system strategies, components, and documentation across platforms.
* Maintain detailed documentation and resources, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
* Execute personalized solutions and create compelling presentations and innovative prototypes for pitching and client meetings using Figma's best practices.
* Organize maintenance and scalability needs for product design, providing mentorship to empower designers in a dynamic environment.
* Advocate for inclusive design principles and accessibility standards to ensure a positive user experience for all users.
* Establish partnerships and collaborate with design teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure consistent application of design principles, address limitations and devise innovative solutions.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand design requirements and formulate integration strategies.
* Lead onshore and offshore teams, facilitating onboarding and continuous professional development.
Qualification
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in Design Systems.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
* Working with design principles, UI/UX best practices, and challenges in large-scale design integration;
* Utilizing collaboration, design, and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Jira, Miro, Mural, or Abstract;
* Utilizing marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager for seamless integration;
* Working with web accessibility standards, focusing on AA and AAA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
* Building and maintaining reusable component library that integrates UI elements, patterns, and guidelines based on Atomic Design methodology; and
* Facilitating onboarding sessions and resources for onshore and offshore resources in design system enterprise settings, including mergers and acquisitions.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 40% of the time to meet client needs.
