Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Visual Communication Designer to join us. A candidate who possesses a command of color theory, modern design trends, and typography. This role requires a creative individual who stays current with design standards and can effectively translate brand messaging into compelling visual assets. Freshers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities:

● Design and develop brand assets, including social media content, digital advertisements, and marketing collateral.

● Ensure consistent brand visuals and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.

● Apply current design trends thoughtfully and strategically to enhance visual communication.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand visual communication needs and objectives across digital and print mediums.

● Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness of visual identity.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

● Contribute to the development of creative concepts and strategies.

● Produce and edit engaging video content for various digital platforms.

Requirements:

● Proven aesthetic awareness and attention to detail in design execution.

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

● A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, advertising, and digital content.

● Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

● Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation

skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Ability to take constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

● Demonstrated video editing skills with proficiency in relevant software (like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects). Bonus

Skills/Experience:

● Knowledge of motion graphics.

● Understanding of UI/UX and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., Figma).

● Illustration skills.
