A successful candidate will help set strategy, implement schedules and builds, and manage communication of status and issues. This role demands technical strengths in optical, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing areas. Responsibilities include defining project plans and schedules, driving execution, and leading multi-functional engineering and validation teams. It requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and communication. The role involves understanding complex engineering issues, identifying and resolving conflicts, managing inter-dependencies, and addressing program challenges efficiently.
