Triphunter is a leading travel agency specializing in international group tours, FIT's, luxury travel, and festival packages. We are expanding our Visa Team and looking for detail-oriented individuals to join us as Visa Processing Associates.

As a Visa Processing Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa applications, ensuring smooth documentation, and assisting clients with their travel paperwork. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service.

✅ Provide country-specific visa documentation consultation for clients.

✅ Assist with form filling, file preparation, and document verification.

✅ Prepare travel itineraries, hotel vouchers, sponsorship letters, and cover letters for visa applications.

✅ Ensure accuracy and quality in visa files and supporting documents.

✅ Assist in the issuance of travel insurance as per visa requirements.

✅ Stay updated on the latest visa policies and travel regulations.

✅ Collaborate with the reporting manager to discuss strategies, challenges, and travel trends weekly.

✅ Undergo business management training to enhance skills and contribute to business growth.

📌 Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree required).
