Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Travel Visa Expert at TVSHelper. As a Travel Visa Expert, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the visa process, including travel arrangements, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing travel itineraries, and assisting with business travel arrangements. This role is based in Heliopolis but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a visa consultant or handling visa requests is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in travel management a plus
• Knowledge of business travel processes
• Ability to handle travel arrangements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
