Virtual Maintenance Training Engineer:
TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for its Aerospace & Defence division, for dynamic and enterprising Aerospace Software Engineers for the development of VMT (Virtual Maintenance Training) projects.
Candidates will be involved in the modeling of avionics systems for simulators that, through an interactive 3D environment, have the purpose of training for maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
Study of the operation of aircraft electromechanical and avionic systems, using electrical/functional diagrams and technical manuals of on-board systems;
Development of logic models for simulation of aircraft equipment and systems, using the C# programming language;
Development of representative logic models of on-board avionics systems, by simulation of signals on avionics buses, using the C# programming language;
Modeling of human-machine interfaces in .NET/WPF environment for implementation of avionics display systems (Cockpit Display Systems);
Integration of existing and/or developed electromechanical systems models within avionic systems models;
Preparation of technical documentation related to the developed systems.
Technical skills required:
Basic knowledge of the object-oriented programming (mainly C#);
Interest in aeronautics/helicopters/avionics systems;
Interest in the development of simulators.
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of the environment .NET/WPF;
Knowledge of the Visual Studio development environment;
Experience/background in aeronautics;
Knowledge of software engineering processes.
Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Willingness to travel is required.
The profile is completed by a good knowledge of English, good ability to work in a team, autonomy in the organization of work and punctuality in meeting the deadlines assigned.
