We’re seeking a detail-oriented, Virtual Construction Coordinator (VCC) to join our remote team. This role focuses on executing BIM modeling and coordination efforts for mechanical piping, ductwork, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial projects. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals—helping to drive quality outcomes through precision and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

·      Build and maintain 3D models using Revit, focusing on MEP trades, while ensuring compliance with project standards and deliverables.

·      Facilitate integration of models across trades using tools like Navisworks and Recap.

·      Assist in developing drawing sets and project documentation for coordination and approvals.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve modeling challenges, proactively identifying potential coordination issues.

·      Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain project alignment and deadlines.

·      Use company-developed plug-ins and apps designed to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

·      5+ years of experience modeling mechanical piping, ductwork, and/or plumbing using Revit.

·      Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with Recap, Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.

·      Ability to manage large, complex models under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and staying calm under pressure.

·      Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

·      Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

·      A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

·      No travel requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

·      Salary: $45,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)

·      Bonus: Target 5% annual bonus

·      401(k): 3% employer contribution (no employee contribution required), eligible after 6 months

·      Health Insurance: 50% coverage of employee-only premium; dental plan available; eligibility after 30 days

·      Paid Time Off: 2 weeks/year starting, eligible after 30 days

·      11 Paid holidays/year

·      36-hour workweek: Core hours M-Th 9am–3pm, Fri 9am–12pm; with flexibility for remaining weekly hours

·      Training provided for company-specific software tools and plug-ins
