This position bridges our video editors and client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a background in video production or post-production. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their video editing requirements. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and answer any questions. Collaborate closely with our video editing team to ensure client expectations are met. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all client requirements are met and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Provide creative direction to editors and suggest revisions when necessary. Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in video production or post-production. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is mandatory.
