Partner with Campuses in shepherding volunteers. Responsible for understanding and upholding NewSpring Production standards. Responsible for all video elements for Pre-Record (loading assets, run through, leading video volunteers, direct/run video, edit and deliver Pre-Record to Campuses) Load, prep, and run all video assets for Asset Tests Develop training and resources for Production Responsible for Video Maintenance at Broadcast locations Operate in Lead Video position, as assigned. Set up all RESI events for Broadcast. Serve as an on call support technician. Work on AVL tickets, as assigned. To do whatever it takes to help the church reach its mission to see everyone, everywhere in an everyday relationship. Occasionally this will mean performing duties and tasks outside of your normal job responsibilities. Uphold Biblical priorities in life, in the order outline below: Growing personal relationship with Jesus Relationship with spouse (if married) Relationship with children (if applicable) Purpose in life/ministry Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church. Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook. Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
