Job Description

Profile: Video Content Creator Intern

Nature: 4-month internship with a strong possibility of full-time conversion

Location: Kolkata

Joining Time: Mid-June

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

As a video content creator of a pre-seed D2C Brand, you will have full ownership of each & every video content for our brand from ideation, strategizing and execution. This comprises of our Instagram handle, YouTube channel , ad video creative and in other miscelleneous areas.

Since we are in our nascent stage, an enormous magnitude of ownership and accountability is expected

Job Responsibilities

• Grow our Instagram and YouTube channels to a strong and engaged following.
• Ideate, strategize, and produce innovative, catchy, and value-driven video content.
• Create high-quality reels/videos and expertly edit using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway) to enhance your video production process.
• Build and maintain an actively engaged community by regularly interacting with followers.
• Stay updated with trending formats, meme culture, and competitors' content, strategically incorporating trends into our content.
• Collaborate closely with Co-Founders and content teams for seamless execution of content plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in video content creation (internships/full-time roles considered).
• Mandatory expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT to create engaging text and image prompts.
• Strong familiarity with short-form content (reels, shorts) and social media platforms. A keen pulse on current trends, meme-culture and pop culture.
• Genuine interest and understanding of skincare, self-improvement, and personality development.
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, GMeet) preferred.
