Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor & Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about video production and social media. You'll play a pivotal role in building our in-house studio, crafting compelling video content, and managing social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Development: Assist in designing and setting up our in-house video production studio, including selecting equipment and optimizing layout.
- Video Production: Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Social Media Management: Develop and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
- Client Support: Assist in producing and editing video content for client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Skills:
- Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and social media content creation is required.
