About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You’ll be working on various projects - from long-form YouTube videos and webinars to short-form Instagram Reels and podcast edits. Your job is to turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand and captivates our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos into cohesive stories (YouTube, Reels, Podcasts, etc.)
• Add music, sound effects, and voice-overs where required
• Add custom motion graphics, subtitles, and on-brand visual elements
• Improve video quality through color correction, lighting adjustments, and audio leveling
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver projects on time and aligned with our vision
• Ensure final videos are error-free and meet brand guidelines
• Organize and maintain a content library and source files
• Stay updated on editing trends, transitions, and platform-specific formats (e.g., Reels vs. YouTube)

Must-Have Skills:

• 1.5+ years of video editing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form edits
• Excellent storytelling sense—timing, rhythm, and flow
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)
• After Effects (for basic animations)
• Photoshop & Illustrator (for thumbnails or overlays)
• Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and video optimization
• Ability to take creative feedback positively and iterate fast
• Basic graphic design skills for visual enhancements

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in creating social media content
• Knowledge of motion design or 3D is a plus
• Basic understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms
