About the Role:

We’re looking for a rockstar video editor who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style content. If you’re a creative storyteller with proven experience crafting thumb-stopping short-form videos, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our content and production team to create high-performing content that educates, entertains, and converts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Edit engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels & short-form videos using raw footage from our pastry classes and shoots
• Add captions, sound effects, trending music, memes, and transitions to elevate the storytelling
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic
• Stay updated with trends, hooks, and viral formats to make sure every video has the potential to pop
• Help us test and optimize new video styles, angles, and pacing for performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience editing viral short-form content (please include your portfolio or links)
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop
• Strong sense of pacing, sound design, typography, and visual storytelling
• Solid understanding of what works on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-rich environment and consistently deliver top-notch edits on time
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative feedback skills
