Job Description: Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Narayana Business School (NBS), Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

Narayana Business School is on a mission to shape future leaders through innovation, creativity, and real-world learning. As part of our in-house creative team, we’re looking for a talented Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to bring our stories to life through visually engaging content.

In this role, you’ll be creating everything from event highlights and corporate promos to podcast and social media reels. You’ll also contribute to building a strong visual identity for the brand, ensuring every frame aligns with the NBS vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit promotional videos, campus event highlights, and branded content
• Create motion graphics including intros, lower thirds, titles, and transitions
• Format short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Post-produce podcasts, syncing audio/video and creating promotional clips
• Add captions, branding elements, and effects to maximize content impact

Software Expertise Required:

✅ Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary Video Editing Software)

✅ Adobe After Effects (Basic Motion Graphics)

✅ Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator (Basic Graphics Knowledge)
