About the Role

We’re looking for a Video Editor with 1 to 2 years of experience who can bring raw footage to life through clean cuts, sharp transitions, and thoughtful edits. In this in-office role, you'll collaborate with our creative team to produce a wide range of content — from product shoots and brand films to corporate videos and reels. You should be confident with editing tools, deadline-driven, and have an eye for detail and aesthetics.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for various brand and campaign needs
• Work closely with the creative director, cinematographers, and content team to understand project goals
• Select and arrange audio, graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling
• Edit videos for different formats — including YouTube, website, ads, and more
• Maintain proper file management and version control
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content
• Stay updated with editing trends, styles, and techniques to keep content fresh
• Support phone and DSLR shoots when required (basic camera handling is a bonus)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience (agency/studio/startup background is a plus)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, sound, and transitions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively
• Ability to manage multiple edits and meet tight deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility and creative ownership

Bonus Points If You Have

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Blender, etc.)
• Basic color grading and audio mixing skills
• Experience in on-set assistance or production handling
