✂️ What You’ll Be Editing:

• Trendy Reels, YouTube Shorts, and scroll-stopping vertical content
• Long-form YouTube videos with narrative arcs
• Podcast edits that cut through the noise — literally and visually
• Explainer videos that simplify complexity through clarity
• Motion graphics, animated transitions, and effects that don’t look like templates
• Planning and executing compelling thumbnails that grab attention in milliseconds

💻 What You’ll Need:

• Your own laptop — preferably a high-performance or gaming laptop (we respect render times)
• Bachelor's degree completed
• Working days Monday to Friday with Wednesday as WFH
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro
• Bonus points for knowing After Effects and CapCut
• A basic sense of storytelling, pacing, sound balancing, and rhythm
• An instinct for internet trends, memes, and what’s ‘thumb-stopping’ today
