💵 Pay Rate: $46 - $50/hr

We’re an in-house advertising agency specializing in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing — creating impactful campaigns that improve lives. Now, we’re looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor who’s passionate about visual storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

🎬 Design and animate motion graphics for branded videos, digital campaigns, and social content

✂️ Edit video content from initial cut to final delivery — maintaining brand voice and compliance

🤝 Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to bring stories to life

📁 Manage multiple projects and keep assets organized and accessible

🌟 Contribute ideas during concept development and help pitch visual directions

📈 Stay on top of motion trends, animation techniques, and tools

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 4+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing

✅ Expert-level skills in After Effects and Premiere

✅ Proficiency in Cinema 4D (C4D) or similar 3D software is a big plus

✅ Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator

✅ Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

✅ Comfortable with feedback loops and quick turnarounds

✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail

🎓 Background in healthcare/pharma is a bonus, but not required
