Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content for advertising campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with creative storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, compelling narratives that align with client briefs and creative direction
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and motion graphics artists to deliver high-quality video content
• Apply color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance production value
• Maintain project organization and manage media assets effectively
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional video editing experience, preferably in advertising or marketing
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse editing styles and technical skills
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Experience with color grading and basic sound design
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing client requests
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles
• Understanding of advertising principles and marketing objectives
• Experience with CapCut
• Familiarity with media compression and delivery specifications for various platforms
