Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to bring ideas to life. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging multimedia assets that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, training modules, and promotional content.
• Trim, splice, color-correct, and enhance raw footage to create polished final products.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, and sound effects to improve visual storytelling.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and infographics.
• Create branding materials such as logos, business cards, and marketing collateral.
• Develop UI/UX elements for websites and mobile applications.
• Maintain consistency in design language across all platforms.

Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Conceptualize and create dynamic motion graphics and animations for videos, ads, and presentations.
• Use Adobe After Effects and other tools to enhance visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and animation techniques.

General Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing and graphic design.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to enhance visual communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Any Graduate degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in tech, EdTech, or advertising industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of different video formats, codecs, and social media video specs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-learning, corporate training, or advertising industries.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Canva AI, Runway).
• Basic knowledge of 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Experience with photography and photo editing.

Key Software Skills:

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Blender (optional)
• Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW
• UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD (bonus)
