We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Video Editor at MarketWise, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone based in Cairo, Egypt, who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to develop cohesive multimedia strategies.
• Add music, graphics, voice-overs, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video outputs in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools.
  

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
