Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:


Motion Graphics and Video Editing:

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product for broadcasting. This includes camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.


Content Development for Social Media and Training Courses:

  • Collaborate with the social media team to bring their ideas to life, creating compelling visual content for various social media platforms.
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for online courses aimed at finance professionals, ensuring that content is informative, engaging, and appropriately tailored to the target audience.


Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful content.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual storytelling and improve the overall quality of content.


Quality Control and Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and motion graphics to keep the content fresh and relevant.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and output is of a high standard.
  • Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of content.


English Proficiency and Communication:

  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills for effective storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Ability to write and edit script content for clarity and impact.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphics designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in creating content for social media and online courses, particularly in the finance or professional training industry.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
