Project Leadership

• Lead audiovisual projects from initial briefing to storyboard development, production, and reporting on results.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to quality standards.
  
  

Content creation

• Film and edit videos independently using smartphones or professional cameras.
• Collaborate with external video production teams for large-scale projects.
• Deliver platform-specific content tailored to websites, intranets, and social media channels like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  
  

Innovation and Technology

• Leverage generative AI tools to streamline processes such as ideation, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in video technology and integrate them into the content creation process.
• Explore new tools and techniques to enhance creativity and improve production workflows.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scripts and ensure video content aligns with the brand.
• Maintain consistency in style, branding, and quality across all video projects.

Experience And Technical Skills

• Proven track record in video production and editing, from concept development to execution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience with generative AI tools for video production.
• Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms and short-form content.
• Ability to guide and direct external partners and suppliers effectively.
