We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Video Content Creator and Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content for a group of companies. Additionally, you will assist with various marketing tasks to support the overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Video Production:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content concepts that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan, storyboard, and script video content to ensure a clear and compelling message.
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit and enhance video content using video editing software, ensuring visual and sound quality, and seamless transitions.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to enhance videos when necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of video content according to project deadlines.
2. Marketing Support:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and websites.
- Conduct market research and analyses to gather insights and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and other visual assets for promotional materials.
- Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video production and marketing to continuously improve content and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (portfolio required) as a videographer, video editor, or similar role, showcasing a strong understanding of video production techniques, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, audio tools, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong knowledge of videography and editing techniques, such as color grading, audio mixing, and video compression.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and informative video content.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience with marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and passion for video production and marketing.
