We are looking for a VP, Engineering that is passionate about best practice, enjoys coaching and mentoring managers and has a keen interest in AI Analytics.

One of the fastest growing AI Analytics SaaS platforms is looking for a VP, Engineering. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be given the freedom to make your mark not only on the team but the direction of the product. The challenge

• Coaching & Managing managers
• Improve best practice & process to deliver quality driven software products
• Help migrate Data Warehouse to the cloud
• Shape the technical direction of the SaaS platform
• Work closely with Stakeholders and customer to advance market share
• Create a high performing environment, driven by quality
• Maintain a culture of learning and enjoyment

You (Ideal experience, not essential)

• Managed managers across multiple product teams
• Technical understanding of PHP \ GO based cloud platforms (You don’t need to be able to code)
• Migrated Data Warehouses to the Cloud (Interest in Data driven products)
• Technical understanding of AWS
• Driven improvements in process and technical quality
• Interested in the commercial aspect of a product as well as technical strategy

With a HQ in Boston, this position is on site 5 days a week and we require applicants to be in Boston or commutable areas already for a quick start.

Compensation: $200-250,000 + 401k, Dental, Medical, Flexible working
