  • Empower and develop exceptional teams through mentorship, clarity, and accountability - turning managers into leaders and teams into culture carriers
  • Elevate the guest experience through brand-aligned execution, and operational precision at every touchpoint

What You’ll Do:

You will:

  • Mentor and develop leaders. Coach and grow a high-performing team of Directors of Operations, GMs, and Culinary Leaders - building leadership capacity across the organization
  • Foster culture and accountability. Champion a values-driven culture grounded in integrity, performance, and hospitality. Set expectations, provide clarity, and hold teams accountable with consistency and care
  • Enhance systems and oversight. Lead P&L reviews, operational audits, and site visits to ensure consistent execution and performance across all units

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to brand standards. Uphold all safety, health, labor, and operational regulations. Maintain zero tolerance for critical violations or misconduct
  • Champion continuous improvement. Promote a culture of curiosity and iteration - encouraging your teams to seek better ways to serve guests, manage teams, and run the business
  • Support strategic growth. Play a key role in preparing for expansion, including restaurant openings and infrastructure development that will support scale

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume, multi-unit hospitality operations (restaurants or similar environments)
  • Experience within larger, structured organizations bringing an expertise to systems, structure, and scalable growth
  • Proven success in leading operations across 10+ units, with a strong grasp of how to evolve processes as a business grows
  • Track record of coaching and developing senior leaders, fostering performance and accountability while building strong, people-first cultures
  • Deep expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and driving both revenue and profitability
  • Knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, retention strategies, and talent development
  • Ability to navigate complexity - balancing strategy with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and alignment at every level of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational platforms; systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills

  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable traveling regularly between restaurant locations
  • Spends approximately 75% of time in the field (on-site at restaurant locations)
  • Willing to work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed to support operational needs
  • Comfortable operating in a restaurant setting: engaging with kitchen and front-of-house teams, conducting walkthroughs, and leading by example

Physical Requirements:

This leadership role includes time spent in active restaurant environments. Candidates must be able to:

  • Walk, stand, and navigate dining and kitchen areas for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift/carry up to 40 lbs and tolerate temperature fluctuations typical of kitchen environments
  • Effectively communicate, observe details, and lead teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings

This is a full-time, exempt leadership role with a base salary range of $225,000 – $240,000, plus performance-based bonus and equity participation in the continued growth of Vine Hospitality. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Beyond the compensation, this is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact on a high-end hospitality group poised for its next evolution. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the process—not just the outcome. They find energy in the details, bring structure to complexity, and see iteration as the path to excellence.

If you're a visionary leader ready to leave your mark and help shape the future of hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
