Job Description

• Review consolidated group financial statements to ensure compliance with public company disclosure and regulatory requirements
• Oversee and review financial reports of portfolio companies to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate financial communications and alignment between the group, subsidiaries, and portfolio companies to enhance transparency and efficiency
• Participate in the optimization of financial systems and processes and support the development of internal controls
• Support audits related to annual, quarterly, and interim reports; liaise effectively with external auditors
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis and management reporting to support executive decision-making
• Assist in financial due diligence and major investment assessments
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA are preferred
• Experience in both Big Four accounting firms and listed company finance departments
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS or IFRS
• Excellent financial analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Overseas education, work, or living experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; capable of cross-regional communication and collaboration
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform under pressure, and adapt to the complexity of a large corporate environment
