The Opportunity

ugh this next chapter, with a focus on platform scalability, innovation, and operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on partner—driving our technology roadmap, elevating the patient and provider experience, and enhancing the internal systems that support our mission.
You’ll Oversee Three Core Technology Areas
- Patient Experience – Build and refine the digital touchpoints that enable patients to access world-class care in a fully remote setting.
- Provider Experience & EHR Platform – Strengthen the tools and systems that empower our clinical teams to deliver care efficiently and effectively.
- Internal Tools – Optimize the critical infrastructure that keeps our operations running smoothly and supports our growth at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Set and execute the technical vision and engineering roadmap aligned with company goals
- Oversee development of our EHR platform, mobile apps & internal tools to enhance care delivery and user engagement
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and HITECH
- Lead and grow a remote-first engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation
- Drive data initiatives across the tech stack, including business analytics and AI-powered tools, to support business intelligence and care outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Manage engineering resources and budgets to optimize for both efficiency and impact
Who You Are
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep experience with healthcare technology; behavioral health experience a strong plus
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data security best practices
- Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to delivery and iteration
- Experience leading remote engineering teams and working within agile frameworks
- Strategic mindset with a strong bias toward action and delivering real-world impact
- Clear, empathetic communicator who thrives in collaborative, mission-driven environments

The Pay Range For This Role Is
