Vice President Networking Salary $275K - $360K Vice President, Networking - Hyve Solutions (Fremont, CA) Hyve Solutions is a leading Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in hyperscale infrastructure-delivering high-performance compute, storage, and networking platforms to the world's top cloud and AI service providers. As demand for AI infrastructure explodes, networking has become a critical enabler of scale, performance, and efficiency, particularly at the rack and cluster levels where bottlenecks can limit overall system capability. The Vice President, Networking is responsible for building and scaling Hyve's white box switching business, with a sharp focus on AI-centric Top-of-Rack (ToR) switch platforms. This leader will drive revenue growth across datacenter and edge networking, targeting above market YoY growth by delivering high-performance, power-efficient, and cost-effective switching solutions aligned to AI and hyperscale workloads. White box switches are increasingly central to the evolution of AI architectures-enabling high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity across GPU clusters and disaggregated infrastructure. This role will lead Hyve's networking strategy and execution across: 1. Switch Hardware & System Engineering - Developing purpose-built 400G/800G/1600G+ ToR and spine switch platforms optimized for AI fabric topologies and hyperscale datacenters. 2. Network Software Integration - Partnering with open NOS providers and customer-developed stacks to deliver switch solutions that integrate seamlessly into AI and cloud-native network fabrics. 3. Product Management & Architecture - Defining roadmap and standards alignment across Ethernet, RoCEv2, and future protocols to meet emerging AI interconnect requirements. 4. Customer Engagement & Go-to-Market - Driving wins with cloud and AI service providers by solving their most complex networking challenges with open, agile, and scalable switch platforms.
