We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Leader reporting to CTO to lead a large engineering team of 80–100 engineers. The Platform Team is at the core of our technology strategy, enabling seamless, high-performance gaming experiences that power multiple leading games with a user base exceeding 100 million. You will oversee critical backend systems that manage user identity (KYC, Customer service interfaces), wallet infrastructure including payment gateway integrations, risk and fraud detection systems, and user engagement platforms (offers, communications,

etc.).This is a senior leadership role that requires deep technical expertise in building and scaling highly available, low-latency distributed systems and proven experience managing large teams in fast-paced, product-led organiz

    15+ years of progressive software technology experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology-driv
  • en company.Proven experience managing engineering organizations of 50+ people in high-scale consumer internet or gaming
  • companies.Deep experience building and scaling highly available distributed systems (ideally with >1
  • 00M users).Strong technical background in backend engineering, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and real-ti
  • me systems.Experience with fintech/payments systems, fraud detection, or KYC compliance is a s
  • trong plus.Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder
  • alignment.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-mak
  • ing skills.B.E/MS in Computer Science or
