The Vice President, Digital Capability Hub, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execution of programs, including program and portfolio management, resource allocation, and coordination of current and future initiatives. This role works in close partnership with cross-functional leaders and senior leadership to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of enterprise-wide requests. Additionally, the VP establishes structured frameworks to align the team's functions with other groups within the organization and across the enterprise, fostering seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Creates direction to ensure successful daily operations and workflow. Oversees the various portfolios to execute short-term and long-term, multi-faceted initiatives focused on delivering solutions across the enterprise. Identifies rapid-response opportunities in order to deliver solutions for incoming requests and help effectively execute these opportunities. Oversees development of key goals and desired outcomes needed to track integration project timeliness and milestones, identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation plans. Manages a portfolio of projects that support organizational efforts and oversees workflow and impact of implemented strategies. Provides strategic thought partnership, in collaboration with leadership, in designing, planning, and executing multi-year initiatives and/or campaigns. Oversees a team of project, program, and portfolio management experts responsible for the multi-faceted short-term and long-term initiatives. Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required (a degree in technology is preferred) and 10+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, training, and job-related expertise. Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking, developing strategies, conducting analyses, planning, and leading large-scale strategic initiatives. Significant hands-on experience in program operations, including program and portfolio management, as well as overseeing execution. A background in consulting and implementation of tech capabilities to grow the business and reduce costs is a plus. Proven ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of direct reports. A strong track record of successfully engaging with and influencing key stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization spanning multiple locations. Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
