Bachelor's degree or the equivalent 6+ years of work experience in asset-backed securities (RMBS, ABS (Esoteric and Traditional, RESEC, CMBS, MILN, ETC.) Knowledge in Bond Mathematics Experience coding in Python Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing multiple technical products or a significant technical product line. Developing long-term technical product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborating across technical product management teams to ensure alignment and execution of technical product strategy. Using subject matter expertise and experience to direct and mentor a team of product managers. Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, typically Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required. 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology. Proven experience as a technical product manager (5+ years). Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences. Excellent problem solving capabilities, experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful product launches. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
