Summary

At Fluke Reliability’s Professional Services, we are passionate about supporting customers globally in maximizing the uptime of their rotating machinery through Condition Monitoring.

In your role as a Vibration Analyst, you will have primary focus on Vibration data analysis, working in (and closely with) a dynamic team of Reliability experts. You will leverage in-house technology of PRUFTECHNIK and Azima DLI to deliver high-quality analytical work for various applications and industries globally. You will be a critical puzzle piece in the Condition Monitoring program of our customers as you evaluate machine conditions and recommend actionable countermeasures.

You will be directly engaging with our customers, partners and other internal functions to drive success of your dedicated projects and to help identifying opportunities for scale.


Responsibilities:

· Perform daily vibration analysis (scheduled and event-driven) based on data from online and portable Condition Monitoring systems, leveraging in-house diagnostic software and different automation levels.

· Ensure in-time provision of high-quality reporting according to project-specific requirements.

· Act as point of contact for key customers providing guidance through targeted recommendations for the success of customer’s Condition Monitoring program.

· Configure and monitor data acquisition systems with mindset of a continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with our Sales, Project Planning and Implementation teams to allowthe most efficient and seamless project start-ups.

· Maintain and expand customer relationships with a positive approach helping to extend our business.

Experience:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, physics or related.

· Minimum 3 years of strong experience in Vibration data analysis.

· Minimum ISO 18436-2 CAT II

Personal skills:

· Very good English skills (verbal and written language), additional languages of advantage.

· Strong analytical skills and founded knowledge of Vibration and Reliability techniques.

· Strong skills in report writing with an absolute focus on the quality of work.

· Founded skills in professional communication with customers and partners.

· Absolut team player.
