Duties Include:
· Greet clients and their pets and complete the appointment sign in process which can include inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming the reason for appointment, confirming contact information, letting medical team know the patient has arrived and escort clients to exam room when applicable
· Assisting clients with check out including but not limited to: ensuring services and product sales are correctly accounted, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, setting future appointments for follow up visits
· Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital to ensure a great client experience
· Minimum one to two years customer service experience
· Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
· Processing faxes
· Be able to multi task efficiently
· Able to identify potential emergencies and schedule appointments appropriately
· Answer phone calls from clients requesting appointments, proper protocol to release blood work to clients, medication refills and more
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Providing accurate,valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions
