Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at our state of the art facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to animal welfare and provide high-quality veterinary care. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, performing surgeries, and educating pet owners on proper care practices. Our facility is equipped with modern technology, allowing you to deliver the best possible care to our patients.


  • 30-Minute Appointments: Efficient and manageable time per patient.
  • Great Mentorship: Up to 3 months for new grads! Strong guidance and support from experienced professionals.
  • No Minimum Production Requirement: Focus on quality over quantity.
  • 10-12 Appointments per Day: A reasonable caseload for balance and productivity.
  • Optional Surgical and Urgent Care Caseload: Flexibility to take on more challenging cases if desired.
  • 4-to-1 Support Staff Ratio: Excellent administrative and clinical support.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose medical conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures (optional - mentorship provided) as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of the animal.
  • Administer vaccinations and medications according to established protocols.
  • Provide emergency and critical care for animals in need
  • Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, documenting treatments and outcomes.
  • Educate pet owners on proper pet care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and training.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid veterinary license in the state of practice.
  • Familiarity with veterinary critical care protocols is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Compassionate approach to animal care with a strong commitment to ethical practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year
