Verification & Validation of the software product, including third-party integrations, according to customer requirements, through testing in a lab and/or at pilot customers. Development of Verification & Validation plans and documentation of the test results.
What you will do:
Implementing the Verification and Validation Plan according to the overall V&V process.
Creating Verification Test Cases and Tools covering the technical requirements of products and solutions.
Executing Verification Test Cases, internally in a lab environment, or by a simulation of a real clinical environment, and ensuring the proper documentation of test results
Design Validation of new features
Analyzing the outcome of testing, reporting, and discussing the technical issues with the R&D competence centers, and providing proposals for solutions.
Technical assessment and advice to Marketing and Service in the selection of the Pilot site.
Technical ownership of the pilot sites during the set-up and maintenance of Validation.
Decision advice to release solutions based on the results of the testing and according to the quality and regulatory standards.
Technical advice and support of the regional organization related to regional solutions, demos, and events.
Supporting the Service organization in the first deployments of new packages in the field.
Transferring overall technical knowledge to the regional Service and Sales organization.

Understanding of PACS/RIS, medical imaging, and workflows.
IT-knowledge:
expert level knowledge in operating systems at admin level (Linux, Windows, Networking)
Knowledge of Web: browsers and mobile devices
Knowledge of databases and data storage. Preferably Oracle
Basic knowledge of scripting and programming.
In-depth knowledge and experience in computer hardware and connectivity issues (network-switches, NAS-SAN storage solutions, …)
SW Testing knowledge:
Experienced SW tester with a thorough understanding of test strategies and tools.
Business acumen to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.
Good communication and networking skills to interact with SW developers, team leads, scrum masters, and product owners on a detailed level.
Good oral and written knowledge of English
